FEA is a non-profit organisation that started in 1986.  It aims to help parent couples become effective educators of their children by (1) examining the values at the heart of family life and character development and (2) reflecting on how best to live these values in their unique family circumstances.  FEA delivers parent education courses in reference to the ages of children.

FEA has been conducting courses on parenting and marriage relationships in Australia for over 10 years. It is affiliated with similar international Family Education organisations, which have been operating world-wide for over 20 years, and with the Institute of Family Studies of the University of Navarre, Pamplona, Spain.

FEA's courses are conducted by experienced speakers and moderators who have been trained in Family Education activities.
