While parents are the primary educators of their children, teachers and mentors also play a vital role in students’ character development.

Before the beginning of Term 2, 33 new members of staff from across the Pared schools attended a Building Character Strengths Course as part of their induction. Dr. Andy Mullins shared key ideas about the importance of character building and how this can be done within the classroom.

Participants were also given the opportunity to collaborate with other educators and learn from the valuable knowledge and experience in the room.
